This power supply works great but unfortunately it didn't work for me the way I wanted it to, hence 4/5 stars. I still have it at home so it's easier to take my laptop with me than my laptop and power adapter. I bought this power supply because I thought that 230W would make it easier to drain the battery of the Helios Predator 300 (9750h + rtx2060 without overclocking) but unfortunately it didn't help at all. It's thin but very wide. So if you need a small adapter, this isn't for you. It would be 5/5 but I bought it to try and stop the battery drain I see while gaming. In fact, for several hours of use, the AC adapter stays relatively colder than the standard Acer-supplied AC adapter, but I still experience battery drain on both adapters.
