Razor not ready to shave
As a newbie, I thought it was my problem that the razor didn't shave. But a friend told me to try arm hair and it didn't work at all. I tried honing to 8000 stone and checking the bevel every 10-15 turns. It didn't help and after about 60 moves I saw a crack on the edge. Too brittle metal.
