Died after 2 months best on memory cards

I use this on my doorbell. I bought it in July and now it's September and it doesn't work at all. I thought it was my doorbell because it kept telling me to reformat my SD card. So now I have it installed in my new doorbell and it keeps talking about reformatting the SD card which I keep doing. But without success
