Failed to connect to application. Without them, the lamp will not work.
Bought 2 of these bulbs, none could connect to the application. Tried several times, no connection. The power and hue-changing buttons are unpressable and unresponsive, so we were only able to turn the lamp on and off with a wall switch, and the only tint we saw was regular white light. No support number. You can write a letter and wait for an answer. It shouldn't be that difficult to operate a floor lamp. We will return them both.
