Bought this for my husband's colleague's new baby. His dad is a mechanic, so he'll probably recognize all of those tools. They are very detailed and look realistic, apart from the fun colors. Because they are made from medical-grade silicone, they are safe and easy to clean. The material is very strong and durable, yet flexible. It's a great teething toy. I really appreciate little straps. The toy attaches to a loop to keep it secure and the other end has a clip for clothing or attaching to a car seat. I'm so sorry I didn't think of something like that when my little one was on stage and threw everything on the floor.
