I lost my TV stand when moving house so I ordered a more expensive set of feet. They worked great, but aesthetically they didn't work for me. Too heavy, too bulky and too big and they won't work as well as I hoped. I chose this set instead and wow I'm impressed. The steel is thick and strong, and the hardware that came with it was new and of high quality. The feet are 14 inches long and 1 inch wide front to back, but that just means the TV isn't in danger of tipping forward, and they have two pieces of rubber material on each foot to keep the TV from sliding over furniture. . The curved parts on the back only stick out about 6 inches, which means you might not be able to see much from the front depending on how thick/thin your TV is. When I sat down to watch TV after the installation I was so content I could barely see my legs - which is exactly what I wanted.
