I just saw that another Amazon customer reported a similar issue. No customer support and no online information to suggest how to fix the issue. [Update Feb 2021] I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and they offered me a warranty replacement. Unfortunately, as I am an international buyer, they found that shipping to my home would cost more than the price of the product. But that's certainly good news for all US buyers, because in the event of a malfunction, you should have a replacement delivered to your home free of charge. Even though they offered an alternative solution, I still lost quite a bit because I paid international shipping and customs fees (which are non-refundable). Since this isn't the seller's fault, I don't agree with the bottom line. I bought Moza after many reviews thinking it was one of the best brands.
