I ordered this watch because I need to wear reading glasses. The watch I had for about 5 years was unreadable without my reading glasses. I searched for several months before I found this watch, it seemed to be what I was looking for. It's actually better than I expected. It has a nice slim design. It has a black background, golden lines with numbers and golden arrows. I can read the time without glasses. I was worried the face would be so big it would look gaudy, that's a very good (large) size. I wore it to church for the first time yesterday and received several compliments. Since there were free returns, I didn't try it. I will not be returning this watch. One thing is not important to me, but it may be important to you. I have the date as stated, but it's just a date number and so small I can't read the date even with glasses on. When the minute hand is at 6, you cannot read the number at all. As I said, I don't care about the date, but I think you would like to know if it matters to you.
