Review on Inch Paw Patrol Chase Balloon by Amanda Rodriguez

It wasn't easy to inflate. All the helium wanted to expand at the bottom and the head didn't puff up. We searched the whole balloon to see if there is another chamber to fill the head and we couldn't find anything. My husband took it and pressed on the bottom quite hard and then we heard a little pop and the helium started to fill the head but he had to keep pushing until the head was full and then the rest was filled. When we attached the rope to it, the balloon didn't stay upright, it flipped over and was pretty much flipped on its side. If it filled up and stayed upright it would have been a cute and fun balloon but instead it was a huge disappointment and a flop. We just told everyone that Chase has a very difficult mission and now he is tired and ready to take a nap.
