Review on Monoprice Ultra Slim Series High Speed HDMI Cable - 1ft - Black, Certified Premium, 4K@60Hz, HDR, 18Gbps, 36AWG, YUV, 4:4:4 - Enhanced SEO by Bob Schultz

I have decided to replace most of my old and thick HDMI cables with these ultra thin Monoprice cables. My reason was to get power off the HDMI inputs on my TV/monitor. They are excellent for this purpose. They are light, well made and work great. I've had no problems using them with gaming consoles and they work fine in both 4K/60Hz and 1080p/120Hz with one odd exception. When I connect my PS5 to an Acer gaming monitor with this cable, I have issues with cropping and weird flickering. When I connect my PS5 to other TVs or monitors with this cable, everything works fine. I thought it might be a "handshake" issue between Acer and PS5, but when I went back to an older, thicker cable, the problem with Acer was gone. I hesitated to add this issue to my review as probably not many people will come across this Acer/PS5 oddity, but I've added it in case someone might find it useful. With one odd exception, I was happy with these cables and still recommend them.
