I am 5'8" & 150- 160 depending on the season. size 10-12. Revain said I wear a L & it was true to size. I have tried lots of shapewear and could never get them on or off with out my husbands help, & felt horrable in them. This is comfortable & you can get it on & off without help.The legs are not tight & the right length for a shorter dress or skirt. Other bands are a little long.The price & quality ar A+. Other reviews say this brand is better than spanx & Skims & I agree. Soft to touch it gives support & smooths out the curves but is a mid level tight which I like, enough squeeze but not pushing skin out of the garment or creating bulges other places. Self bra & adjustable staps & good opening for bathroom break.
