We've been using these cereal containers for over 3 years and our cereal has never gone stale! We use them very often, mostly several times a week, and they have proven to be very durable. Our toddler even dropped them a couple of times but so far he hasn't hurt himself. They are great for storing cereal or snacks and offer very easy pouring. One side of the container has indentations to give you a better grip when pouring. Another big plus is the size, it fits more than a full standard pack of cereal. It fits easily in a large cereal box and in some cases, depending on the cereal, in a family size box. The tabs that hold the top of the bin in place are strong and will hold up very well over time and are very secure when properly closed. The hinged lid where the flakes fall out won't stick to any of them after 3 years of repeated use, but that's to be expected over time. Also, it's not that hard to hold it open with your other hand while pouring. It still closes and closes well, keeping the flakes fresh. We first bought them in 2017 and have bought a few more since. We absolutely love these containers and cannot recommend them enough! Do yourself a favor and buy them.
