super fat. It seems very durable. My trash can smelled very bad. I cleaned it up and put one of those inserts in there. I tied one corner so it won't fall off when I throw trash. It lasted all week, no problems. The garbage truck dumped garbage, and the liner remained. I'm guessing it may be a few weeks before my trash stinks again, then I'll close and tie the bag before the trash runs and put a new bag in. Update: 3 months later. I still like these very much. In this hot summer, my trash can would be disgusting. In fact, there were larvae there a few weeks ago. It still smelled a bit strange in the glass after the rubbish came in, but the inside was clean - nice. I tie the corner of the bag so it doesn't fall off when I add trash. In the cooler months, the liner will degrade for a couple of weeks. When I need to change my liner, I take the pouch out of my lip and tie it shut.
