So disappointed. This bag looked great but fell apart the first time I put it on. Even more disappointing is that I missed the return date by 2 days considering it is more of a spring/summer bag. The first padding was the one in the middle of the front of the bag. I was able to deal with it by simply flipping the bag over. Then, after about 5 minutes, the side sleeve holding the strap broke causing the entire bag to fall off and become unusable. Luckily I was able to salvage the front of the hub, so if I can't fix the damage I might try hot glue. However, super disappointing. I buy from Revain all the time and I've never seen anything fall apart within 30 minutes of using it :/
