The backlight works and is mounted on the wall without problems the first time. The remote control is fine, but you have to point it at the sensor for it to work. Some of the buttons on the remote control are useless and never used unless I want to induce a seizure. The app looks good but is very buggy. You have to press a few keys to make it work most of the time. Do you want to turn off the light? The on/off slider moves, but the light doesn't turn off. Click a different color button and the color will change and the on/off slider will work. Nothing breaks the deal, in fact I will be ordering a few more sets because I love the lights and can live with a buggy app and hope the updates fix the issues (on IOS at least, haven't tried on Android).
