Review on Tulle Princess Girls' Layered Skirt - Ideal Clothing for Skirts & Skorts by Anthony West

I was very surprised when I received this tutu dress because it is sewn so heavily. Firmly sewn wide elastic band. Under the backpack is a short lining that is invisible but functional. It's layered and for a tutu, it's made out of sturdy materials, so the skirt looks LARGE and pretty when it's fluffed up. The length is perfect for self wear, my 47+ inch 5 year old daughter has a tutu that comes to the knee and the lining comes to mid-thigh. It's too tight for her 49-pound frame and she doesn't have a wide waist. If you have a skinny 6-7 year old kid this might work. I don't think it would fit a 10 for sure unless worn to a solo concert or something fast paced. I can imagine my 5 year old will be uncomfortable after an hour in this skirt.
