I always used RiteAid eye removal wipes in the green box which never bothered me. When they stopped offering pads in that blue box I couldn't use them. I have dry eyes and they are very sensitive. I don't know why the formula changed. If you don't have sensitive eyes, this removes eye makeup. I have sent back and am waiting for a refund.
