At first I was skeptical of all the people saying it wasn't fluffy enough. I laid it, pushed it, moved it around and just worked on it to make it fluffy. You can't just open everything and assume it will be ready. The instructions say to give it a few days before using (4-5). I think after using it for a bit it got fluffier.
