This product is missing features. It's almost impossible to completely submerge the mop head in water, so you'll have to splash it out or miss 2-3 inches of the wipe every time you dip it in the bucket. It also doesn't stay upright at all, so wringing out the mop almost turns the bucket over when trying to get it out of the wringer. Mine got stuck and then broke the top pad the first time I used it. Would give zero stars if I could. Spend the same or less on another brand.
