can also get other soles when buying
shoes are good. They're pretty close, I'm half a size bigger than my regular running shoes. I tried using the soles that came with the shoes and I was almost wiped out because they didn't slip at all. I ordered a sole with many slides (10) and I am now very happy with this shoe. You could probably get by with 8 since 10 has a little more slip than I expected.
