It was easy to install but stopped working 3 days after installation. All the fuses are fine and have 12V power to the fuses, but the dashcam stopped getting power and I had to use the included power cord that came with the dashcam just so I could use the dashcam. Now I'm having trouble updating my S1's firmware to the latest version, I suspect it has something to do with the dashcam. Now I will return this and the DVR. The support team will reply to you via email within 24 hours they say, but there is no actual phone number to speak to someone to help you with any issues.
