Well, one of our cats was diagnosed with IBD and lost a lot of weight. And he kept spitting out all his food. We also have another cat, his brother, who also vomits here and there but not as much as his brother. Now I know all cats are different but this is my second bag and none of the cats have thrown up since I switched to this bag. He had one hairball incident, but on another occasion he kept his food low. He hasn't gained any weight but I think he's on the right track. I also mix wet food and probiotics for him. Will definitely continue to use this food (:
