I bought this because it was $10 cheaper than the branded version and the reviews said it was the same or even better than the Magic Merlin suit. Forced to contradict! The suit itself is ok, but not as "soft" as the Magic Merlin, the zippers are very difficult to open and although there are extra cuffs on the sleeves and legs, it doesn't fit closely to the body. wrist or ankle. My LO wore the Magic Merlin suit for a while but needed a size up. He slept well in the Merlin but the first night I put it on he went back to sleep like a newborn. It may work for kids who have never felt the comfort and safety of a real Magic Merlin, but it didn't work for us and unfortunately I will be back to buy a real Magic Merlin.
