Update: I contacted the company and they sent a new shelf. I was about to install the shelf and found that one of the screw holes was too narrow for the screws that came with it. Luckily I had one in my garage. I will say the customer service was excellent. However, it could get a 5 star rating if it was easy to assemble. I have upgraded my rating to 4/5 stars because of their customer service. I will say that it is a pleasure to receive such excellent service from the company! At the moment my rating is very low. I had high hopes for this, but what should have been an easy build turned into an hour-long process that didn't pan out. Because? One of the shelves is misaligned. So the screw doesn't go into all four holes. no matter how you position it. I even unscrewed and swapped out the other shelf I had already attached to make sure it wasn't the problem. I am extremely disappointed.
