I love blue and red light. I use red light before bed when I'm reading and blue light in the morning to wake me up. The glue isn't the best, but it does the job. I had to seal it with 2-sided tape in a couple of places, especially in the corners, although I washed the walls beforehand. The remote control is a useful accessory for this product. Unfortunately, the control unit hums when outputting white. Otherwise, I love this item! Can be improved by enabling the option to slowly fade out the pulse when the light oscillates between the brightest and darkest options - slowly! Recommended for children-young adults (0-29 years).
