A lot of time was spent thinking, reading, watching, and comparing. The D90, the D3100, and the D3200 were the choices. I came across c 3100, and at one point I even took a picture of it. Since it wasn't present in 3100, in my opinion, it should have been included in 3200. D90 was a puzzle for me; in the store, I took two shots with my 3200, and on the D90, the settings were identical. when viewed on a PC at home, 3200 appeared when seen here at my location. With its positives being: Image quality (RAW - 24 mb) (RAW+JPEG high quality - 40 mb) Picture quality (RAW) Convenient menu Doesn't sway in either direction Cons: Only reflecting my own personal viewpoint: Because there is nowhere for the little finger to go on the handle, I often find myself questioning whether or not it is necessary. When the lens is at its maximum focal length (18-105), the flash will produce a shadow.
