Must be installed correctly or you will be disappointed.
First off I didn't call. This is a great product no matter what you hear from others. If installed correctly, there are no problems. It must be installed on a hairpin, Mollys will not hold it. Please note in the photos that I have added an extra bed above. It was my cat's favorite spot, but the apartment it was in was vandalized. I also added some 2" washers to the brackets to keep the screws from coming through.
