This is the 3rd unit I have purchased from Phenyx and I am still impressed with their attention to detail in their products. Brief description of this set: It includes 2 wireless microphones (4 batteries are already included; each microphone requires 2 AA batteries), a 1/4" audio cable with a 3.5mm adapter, a UHF wireless receiver (and power ) and is extremely handy carrying case I use this for church services and here are a few takeaways: 1) It's easy to change the channel (frequency) of the microphone 2) Each microphone has a really useful volume button to adjust during church services without the need for it 3) The quality of the mics is amazing! They are just very clear no matter how close or far from the receiver 4) High quality mic, it looks better than other expensive mics and has more features I could switching the frequency of the mic and getting it to work with another of these systems, which gives a lot of flexibility Playing around with the frequency o On another system, I turned the receiver back on n and he automatically synced to the microphone. In summary, I am very impressed with this system. All you need is a speaker or amplifier to hook it up and you have everything you need to set up your sound system quickly/portably/hassle-free. If you want to be more sophisticated, add more microphones and a mixer. You won't find anything like this quality, functionality and innovative design unless your budget is over $$$$. I would definitely recommend this set, especially for auditorium/dining room, church, meeting room or celebration (engagement, wedding, party). One of my close friends is a DJ and he was blown away to see how well this unit works in a church setting given how much it costs for a Shure system and the high expectations it has. A NOTICE. If you encounter feedback/interference, just adjust the frequency and check the layout. The speakers should not be too close or facing each other, and the microphone should not be pointing directly at the speaker. You will not regret buying this microphone system.
