I like Myra bags. They are heavy and each one is unique. However, I've spent months looking for one that really fits my needs. use as my everyday bag from home to work. I bought these because of the size and number of exterior pockets for coffee mug, water bottle, keys, etc. They have long shoulder straps and the photo showed hooks at the end that I could attach a shoulder strap to. own. Unfortunately, my first bag came without a hook, but the seller went out of their way to resolve the issue. They even contacted the retailer to see if their product matched the picture (note: the company no longer makes these hook bags). I love the bag even without the extra hooks. And I can't say enough good things about the prompt and attentive customer service. Next time I need a wallet or bag I will definitely contact this company. i love this bag
