Choose one size larger than usual.

I am about 5ft 9 inches tall and weigh about 180 pounds. I bought size XL (Large US) and it fits. The shorts sit well at the waist but the leg openings at the bottom are a little tight. I have muscular legs so I think it's ok. The cycling jersey fits tight, but not too tight. Overall, Asian XL worked well. Obviously the size is Asian so it's thinner than US sizes.
