This is warm headwear that is the new version of mittens on a string. The long pieces go inside the coat sleeves and come out the wrists to keep hands warm. The hood part of this one has silver decorations that make it a narwhal whale. The silver parts are not overwhelming, just cute. The whole thing is soft, warm and sweet.
