A fan is a must!

Easy plug-in-play installation. Brightness levels should be set to a safe level in lumens. The difference between low and high mode is positive. The brightness is said to be 50 lumens (close to factory) in low mode and 800 lumens in high mode. This should make a big difference between low and high mode. Edit (May 23, 2021) Too distracting from traffic at night. 1200 lumens for Hi/Bright mode is too much. Maybe do the Hi/Bright mode halfway around 500-600 lumens.
