Survived a week of hiking and onward

Bought for a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. I stayed in a tent for 3 nights and then in a cabin for another 3. I had horrible memories of hiking in a padded wire bra and being miserable, so I needed something cheap enough to justify buying on top of all my other trips. Equipment but comfortable and functional for trails. PROS: - They were so comfortable I never wanted to wear another bra again. I regret going back to my everyday bra. Seriously, I loved wearing them. Although I didn't experience the anticipated summer heat, the bras withstood the sweat and rain while remaining breathable. I've never had a problem with sweat on my chest. I have never felt suffocated or constrained in these bras. My breasts were well secured in a bra (I'm a B cup, but even I need security when walking up a mountainside). Cons: Crumpled texture shows through thinner shirts. It didn't bother me on the trails but did when I got home and wanted to wear them to go shopping. - You get what you pay for - the center seam of the gray bra came undone on the second day of wearing without washing. (roughly, of course, but that was during a dry run when I spent a day in the pack). It was an easy fix for me to hand sew back and to be honest the texture made it easy to hide my amateur work. The fabric wasn't ideal for quick drying, but it was so comfortable that I've never minded being slightly damp even after a low heat cycle when stored in a delicates bag. If I were a hardcore camper, the fabric wouldn't be ideal for someone who wants to hang it up overnight and have it dry in the morning (but I think that's a little obvious). Overall, I would recommend this bra to anyone looking for a slightly loose, comfortable sports bra.
