The specified size range of 11" to 16" is incorrect. Actual range is 13 to 18 inches. becomes bulky, takes up too much room in the bag - makes it difficult to use lay-flat bags. Three of my purses didn't fit even though they were the right size. Glad you can return! Three tips for the maker: 1. Make a leather or leatherette/leatherette wallet - more practical and practical.
