Perfect for 19 month old daughter.
I ordered 18-24 months old for my 19 month old daughter who weighs just over 20 pounds and it fits well with very little space left. The quality is nice and soft. Well sewn, the zipper doesn't get stuck. It's plush but lightweight at the same time, so it's good for winter weather.
