Review on 💪 Efficient Performance with Kingston 4GB 1600MHz Low Voltage SODIMM (KCP3L16SS8/4) by Julian Rash

Worked great in my HP 15-ba009dx. This is a budget computer with 4GB of RAM. I'm not doing anything fancy with it, but wanted to update it a bit. It has an empty RAM slot. I bought this RAM and it fits perfectly. Now I have 8GB of RAM. Works great and had a noticeable impact on performance. Definitely recommend this update. Installing on HP is difficult, but not difficult. You'll need to unscrew 12 screws, two of which are under the rubber tabs taped to the back of the computer, remove the CD drive, remove the battery, pry something between the edge of the keyboard area and the outside edge, and work your way forward. Poke all fasteners around. Then turn it over and remove the bottom panel. Install the RAM into the slot (make sure you have the right angle, which is about 80 degrees, and that the RAM is fully seated before snapping it into place). Then replace the cover and install all screws, CD-ROM drive, and battery, and then snap all fasteners back into place. Check your system to make sure the memory is detected. There are videos on YouTube showing the setup, which is pretty hard to find.
