This is the third razor thin amplified indoor antenna I've tried and by far the best. trees and the like. Although I'm only 40 miles from the nearest cell towers, these obstacles can obviously be a problem for most antennas of this type. To complicate things further, I installed it in my master bedroom, which is located in the northwest corner of my house. Unfortunately, the nearest towers are located in the opposite direction, that is, in the south-east direction, and there are no windows in the room facing in that direction. Also, note that the house's interior posts are steel, which doesn't help either, as the tower's signal has to travel through the entire house to reach the antenna. However after a little moving this antenna to find it. "the best place" I was able to connect 26 channels, all with a strong signal that doesn't drop at all. This is much better than the other two similar antennas which point to the southeast corner of my house where there are no steel beams and are therefore in much better locations for reception. All I really need is the Big Four (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) and I get really crystal clear sound like so many others. In the end, this antenna more than met my needs. Considering the features and the very reasonable price, I am more than satisfied with this purchase.
