I have used multiple docking stations in the past. From proprietary connectors to the new USB-C standard. It has a very high build quality for the price I paid. The brushed metal finish on the top and bottom gives the station a premium look. It also includes multiple card reader slots, which is unusual among the standard dock connectors you get from OEMs. I was able to easily connect two 1080p monitors, one with VGA and the other with HDMI. I plugged in my Lenovo Thinkpad 65W USB-C power adapter and my laptop charges smoothly with no warning from EFI. That alone was worth the price. An OEM dock would have cost a lot more than what I paid for this dock. I was also able to easily connect two wireless adapters, one for my headset and one for my keyboard and mouse combo. One thing that might put potential buyers off is the lack of mDP or other USB-C. I'm sure this was intentional and would have increased the cost of this dock. This wasn't my requirement as none of my monitors supported mDP or DP. However, if you're not looking for mDP or DP compatibility and don't want to support more than two 4k monitors and maybe another 1080p monitor, then this is a solid choice.
