I have a neck cooler with fans at each end, but I like this design better. First, it's not as obtrusive as it dangles and hugs my chest, although I don't know how well that would work for women. outside because it's very quiet at the lowest speed I need on my desk. The only problem is that the picture on this page shows the stand on the back. There's a clip on the back that doesn't seem useful, but there's no kickstand. I can put it anywhere on my desk, but a stand would be better. The fan is very light. Hanging around my neck, I couldn't tell he was there unless the wind blew in my face. The small display shows what speed it's running at when you press the power button, but as far as I can tell it's the noise.
