I love my smartphone gimbal but I wanted an upgrade for my DSLR. It's still compact but fits in both smartphones and smaller cameras, which I like. It's a bit heavier, but still easy to hold with one hand. A few tips I found while trying this out: 1) When opening the stabilizer from the foldable storage compartment, gently push the two pieces apart while twisting. At first I struggled with it a lot. 2) If your gimbal still goes to sleep after powering on, make sure the red lock button is off. I suspect it's not intended for use in hands-free mode as the gimbal is sure to fall asleep every time it tries to rotate.
