Their team are very experienced professionals who understand how we as an organisation operate at high levels across multiple jurisdictions and geographies. It's easy for me to keep track of all aspects related to one client using this tool which has helped streamline processes around maintaining up-to date records of client data sharing requirements. The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about them. Their prices are very fair and they will work within your budget. I highly recommend using Complyfirst for all of your compliance needs. We use them for our annual reports, OSHA logs, etc. I can't think of one thing that I disliked about them. They were able to get us everything we needed at a reasonable price.
