That's actually more than I expected. I immediately adjusted and loosened the strap before putting it on, only to find I didn't have to. If necessary, it easily fits a large wrist. My wrists are probably considered average. (Maybe smaller than average.) The strap could also be made smaller, so I think it would work very well for small wrists as well. Changing groups was very easy. The colors were as expected. I received this strap to replace the strap that came with the Fitbit. The original band gives me a terrible rash, this type of material is breathable and doesn't irritate my skin. I even wore it in the pool and it dried pretty quickly. Highly recommended.
