Unfortunately I can't set this to accurately count my steps. My inseam is 26 inches, and since you can only set your inseam to a quarter foot, I set it to 2.25 feet instead of 27 inches (yes, I'm in imperial units). After 10 steps it said I walked 31. This type of error was also present in steps 20 and 30. After a few tweaks, here's the heart of the matter. I got the same results when I set the pitch to 1ft and 6ft, min and max device. In both cases, 20 steps were counted as 24. Just got a 3D TriSport pedometer from Realalt, set to my 26" stride length, works great. Every 10, 20 or 30 step test was either accurate or off by 1 which is perfectly acceptable in my opinion.
