Intuitive Platform with Lots of Features

I like that there are so many options for notifications, and that the platform is very intuitive. I wish I could send out more than one email per day, but I understand why this would be too much. There is a lot of room for improvement - especially in terms of making it easier to find bugs/issues. It's not always easy to find information about an issue. This makes it difficult to know what to do next. We have been able to solve issues with our customer service department by using The Bug Squasher. They are very responsive and helpful.

Pros
  • All inclusive
  • Easy access from every browser or mobile device we own.
  • Mobile App works well! Especially when you need help right away after being notified via text message insteadof e mail notification system (a feature request)
  • Customer support responds quickly if something needs attention as soon at possible which was great since my son had called me directly while he needed some assistance before coming home because his phone wasn
Cons
  • Almost never
