Review on Rainbow Collaboration and Communication by James Julien

The integration with other apps is amazing, it links seamlessly which means I can have my email address in Gmail but also use Office 365 for word processing or PowerPoint etc. It integrates well with many softwares including SharePoint. Also easy to learn if you are coming from another tool such as Slack where there's a learning curve when first starting out using rainbow. Some of the features are difficult to understand at times like how to search past messages within certain timeframes. They're working hard to fix this by adding more tutorials/guides. If they were able to do that then we would be happy users. We used slack previously so moving over was not an issue. When we started using rainbows integration with our project management software (Pivotal tracker) we saw immediate benefits. I like that it is easy for people who are not tech savvy, or have no experience in using technology at home with their families (i'm talking about me)to use this program without any problems! It has helped my family stay connected while we're apart during our daily activities of raising children together as well working from different locations around town/countryside etc...
