Review on Arrow Strategies by Ronny Goodman

Arrow has been great to work with. They have been extremely helpful in finding my new role as well as the overall process of the whole recruitment process. They are always there to answer any questions you may have and will do everything they can to help you find your perfect position. I have not had any issues with Arrow so far. If I did I would contact them right away to address it. This company does not have an app or website that allows for easy communication between candidates and recruiters. The only way to communicate is through email. Also, I wish there was some sort of system where candidates could see their recruiter's current availability. This makes scheduling interviews much easier and helps me keep track of when potential candidates are available. This service saves time, money and stress. It also helps me find qualified candidates for my open positions.
