No cotton at all in men's clothing
2 stars for claiming it was cotton and then a label saying 80% Polyamide (synthetic fibre) and 20% Spandex (ie. polyurethane). The fabric actually stretches a bit, which I don't need in a shirt. The shirt is beautifully finished and the sizing appears to be accurate.
