This article was heartbreaking. Ordered for my daughter's birthday, when it was delivered she was delighted. Unfortunately, only tears and disappointment remained after 5 minutes. While I like the idea of the remote control, a quality headband, and a comfortable pillow on the device, the front of the device is very thin and cheap. After a simple setup and mounting their phone in a slider, the main disadvantage became obvious. The bezel is a very thin piece of cheap plastic that can't support the weight of most phones. Any movement can cause the bezel to come loose and the slider to fly across the ground. Luckily her phone wasn't damaged. Upon closer inspection, the thin bezel is held together only by latches, which are very easy to break. making it impossible to reattach the panel and rendering the device unusable. I am hoping this unit was defective as I am returning it for replacement. I was so impressed with the quality of the remote control, headband and comfort pillow on the unit that it baffles me why the front panel was so poorly made.
