We have been buying hansgrohe products for as long as I can remember and they never fail to impress. While it looks like most showerheads at first glance, the difference is day and night. We received the polished nickel and as soon as it was taken out of the box we noticed the incredible workmanship on it, how smooth the matte lines were, how smooth the curves were, how there were no imperfections anywhere. The screws go in and align perfectly, even when they're in a spot no one but the installer can see. The weight is also a clear indication that this is no ordinary shower head. Compared to some of our other single hole shower heads, the silicone spray heads have multiple small holes for spraying, making it more of a real rain shower than others. Shower heads, which are just called rain heads because they are attached to the ceiling. It sprays very finely and very evenly. Until you experience this feeling, it is difficult to put into words; The only word I can think of is "ahhh". For some reason I don't know if it has to do with the way they cover the fittings, but they are easy to clean. Even our hansgrohe chrome faucets are streak free and we live in an area with very high levels of minerals in our water. The brushed nickel we received never seems to need cleaning; I clean the silicone tips from time to time to remove any mineral buildup. Installation is very easy when you replace the previous fitting. Hansgrohe is not more expensive than many other manufacturers for nothing; You're worth it. We recommend.
