I purchased this full size compression sheet for myself after purchasing Hugaroo brand sheets for my children. I have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep and compression wraps have helped my kids. First, the Lyrica sheet offers excellent value for money. It's a lot cheaper than some of the other brands I've reviewed. It goes well with my bed. This compression sheet is nothing like the weighted blanket I used before. It's more like being wrapped in a "burrito style" blanket. It's a nice tight feeling without the weight. The only drawback for me is the fabric. It doesn't hold much heat, so you'll need an extra blanket on cold nights. It's a slick material, similar to spandex, so the blanket over it can slip off at night. You can put a blanket inside a compression sheet, but if you roll it up hard it can clump. This is just a personal issue and it doesn't stop me from loving this product.
